It is recommended to take Vitality and Amplify each once a day with food, but the specific timing is flexible. Some ingredients in Vitality are fat-soluble, so it is generally recommended that they be consumed with a food that contains fat. Amplify is water soluble, so unlike Vitality, you do not need to take Amplify with healthy fats to ensure optimal absorption. If you are planning on partial fasting (only eating at certain times of day), then plan to take Vitality with food during your eating periods. If you are planning on complete fasting (no food intake for a day or more), then do not take Vitality while fasting and continue taking Vitality with food once you return to eating.
